Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact.
• Non-returnable items: Products damaged due to misuse or opened.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and return instructions, including the return address.
3. Return Shipping: Use the provided shipping label to send back the package.
4. Note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns sent without tracking.


Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 60 days of delivery. We'll help you get a replacement or refund.


Cancellations


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process applies.


Refunds


• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Banks may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.


Undeliverable Packages


If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
